    We are partnering a well-established bank to search for a Head of Sales for their Commercial Banking division. You will be at the forefront of driving the growth and success of the middle market segments with the opportunity to lead a capable sales team. This is a dynamic and multifaceted role that requires a strategic mindset, strong leadership abilities, and a passion for driving growth.

    Your primary objective is to expand the customer base by acquiring new customers and maximizing revenue from existing customers. You will use your strategic mindset to identify opportunities for increasing loans utilization and capturing a greater share of the market. Building and nurturing relationships will be key, and you will serve as a mentor, coach, and motivator to your team, guiding them through credit and compliance matters while inspiring exceptional results. Collaboration is vital as you will closely work with the Head of Products to develop and launch new products and services that meet the evolving needs of the market. Your creative thinking and market insights will shape campaigns aimed at attracting deposits and generating fee income. Incentive schemes and tie-ups will be devised to motivate the team and drive growth in loans, deposits, and revenue. As a champion of customer experience, you will focus on providing excellent client service and enhancing relationship management processes, ensuring that every interaction with the bank leaves a lasting positive impression. Additionally, you will represent the department in committees and focus groups, leveraging your expertise to shape decisions and initiatives.

    With your vision, energy, and expertise, you will play a pivotal role in achieving lending, deposits, and revenue targets while fostering a culture of excellence and innovation within the sales team, positioning the organization for continued success in the competitive commercial banking landscape.

    Seeking a natural leader with a minimum of 10 years of experience in corporate or commercial banking sales. You excel in coaching, mentoring, and fostering collaboration, while demonstrating a strategic mindset to develop plans for deposit and income growth. Your solid compliance expertise ensures regulatory adherence, and you proactively address any gaps. In high-pressure environments, you remain composed and leverage a team-oriented approach for success. Your excellent communication and relationship-building skills strengthen connections internally and externally. With a proactive and energetic nature, combined with a sharp business acumen, you consistently surpass expectations and deliver exceptional results.
