Our client, a leading Investment Management Firm, is seeking an HR Advisor to join their regional HR team. This is an exciting opportunity to support a diverse range of HR activities across APAC.
Responsibilities
As an HR Advisor, you will support the Regional HR Business Partners in driving talent development, performance management, and promotion exercises. You will coordinate training delivery and manage employee relations queries. Additionally, you will prepare HR reports, support regulatory surveys, and ensure compliance with corporate governance and audit requirements across the region.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have over 3 years of HR generalist experience, preferably within a regional capacity. You will possess a well-rounded understanding of HR processes and demonstrate strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills. Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday and ServiceNow is advantageous. The ideal candidate is proactive, collaborative, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced environment.
