HR Business Partner
My client is a leader in the Consumer Services industry based in Asia, offering truly exceptional experiences for their guests. As a part of their business expansion, there is now an opportunity to join them as a HR Business Partner, to collaborate closely with department leaders and provide strategic HR advisory on manpower matters.
Role
This role serves as a key partner to the business leaders, to drive people excellence and deliver positive business outcomes. The main responsibilities of the role include partnering with corporate business units to ensure that all HR policies, practices and initiatives are compliant and aligned, providing HR advice and support to employees, managing workforce planning to support business needs and supporting compensation reviews and salary exercises.
As an integral part of the HRBP team, you would also build strong connections with the various department heads and employees, to spearhead performance management and development, employee relations, employee engagement and well-being, manpower planning and budgeting, as well as operational excellence.
Requirements
- You are degree qualified, with a minimum of 5 years of HR experience in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and a detail-oriented mindset will be crucial.
- Experience working with business stakeholders is ideal.
- Strong digital acumen and a strong analytical mindset.
