Our client, a leading regional financial services firm, is looking to appoint an HR Compliance Specialist to ensure adherence to HR regulations and best practices across the region. This role is critical to supporting the company’s compliance initiatives and ensuring that HR processes align with both local and regional laws.
Responsibilities
As an HR Compliance Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations across the firm’s regional offices. This includes developing and implementing HR policies, conducting regular audits, and ensuring that all HR practices meet industry standards. You will advise management on HR compliance issues, support internal investigations, and liaise with external authorities as required. Additionally, you will contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes by identifying areas for optimization and driving policy updates.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with over 5 years of experience in HR compliance, preferably within the financial services industry. You have a thorough understanding of local and regional employment laws and are experienced in developing and implementing HR policies. Your attention to detail, strong communication skills, and ability to manage multiple stakeholders make you an ideal fit for a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Experience with compliance audits and policy development is essential for this role.
