Our client, a sizable Asian bank, is seeking an experienced HR executive to support a wide range of HR functions and initiatives, contributing to the growth and development of the organization.
Responsibilities
In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for new hires. As the primary HR contact, you will handle employee inquiries, support engagement initiatives, and assist in resolving employee relations matters. You will play a critical role in implementing the performance management cycle, including goal setting, feedback sessions, and identifying training needs. Additionally, you will oversee payroll processing, administer employee benefits, and maintain accurate HR records to ensure compliance with employment laws. You will also participate in developing and rolling out HR policies and streamline administrative processes to improve efficiency.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with over 5 years of HR experience, preferably within the banking or financial services sector. You should have good understanding of HR processes, employment laws, and best practices, with demonstrated expertise in recruitment, employee relations, and benefits administration. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as well as a proactive, solution-oriented mindset and exceptional attention to detail. A collaborative approach and a commitment to confidentiality and discretion are also critical for success in this role.
