Our client is an established company in the financial services industry, seeking HR Executive to join their team in Singapore.
Position Overview
This is an exciting opportunity to drive talent acquisition initiatives and HR Operations, shaping the workforce and influencing the growth of the company.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the Head of HR, you will oversee end-to-end recruitment, including graduate recruitment, while driving HR operations. You will collaborate with stakeholders, such as career centers and communication agencies, to promote our employer brand and represent the organization at key campus events like career fairs and networking sessions. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to contribute to HR initiatives focused on talent attraction, employer branding, and onboarding programs, to enhance the employee experience.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with 2-5 years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Specialist or HR Generalist. You have a proven track record in talent acquisition, specifically in graduate recruitment. You have worked in financial services and are familiar with operating in a regulated environment. You are passionate about employer branding and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
