Our client is a fast-growing quant trading firm with Venture Capital and trading business. To support its continued growth, the Human Resources team is expanding with the appointment of a Human Resource Executive.
Responsibilities
As a key HR team member, you will support talent acquisition, business partnering, employer branding, and employee engagement. You will manage office administration tasks like employee orientation, benefits, and equipment management. Additionally, you will address employee inquiries, provide HR advice, plan engagement activities, and prepare manpower reports for stakeholders.
Requirements
You are degreed qualified with over 1 year of experience in Human Resources Generalist or Talent acquisition role, preferably within startups, fintech, or internet companies. You have good understanding of Singapore labor laws and work visa regulations. Strong communication and organizational skills, combined with the ability to work independently, are essential for success in this role.
