HR Lead – Asian Bank

Our client, a sizeable Asian Bank, is seeking an experienced HR Lead to drive strategic HR initiatives and operations across the APAC region.
Responsibilities
In this key role, you will lead recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition strategies to build a strong internal pipeline. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will guide HR policies, employee relations, and engagement initiatives to foster a collaborative workplace culture. You will manage performance appraisals, goal-setting, and training programs, supporting employee growth and succession planning. Additionally, you will ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies, streamline HR operations, and oversee payroll and benefits programs to maintain competitive offerings. As a leader, you will mentor HR staff and drive improvements in HR processes, policies, and frameworks to align with organizational goals.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with over 15 years of HR experience, including managerial experience, ideally within banking or financial services. Expertise in talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, and HR systems is essential. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are critical, along with the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
