Our client, a leading global investment management firm is seeking to appoint a Human Resources Operations Specialist on a contract basis to support their HR operations team.
Responsibilities
As a HR Operations Specialist, you will manage employee and HR client inquiries, provide support across multiple HR functions, and ensure the efficient execution of onboarding operations. This role requires overseeing data and transaction processes, ensuring compliance with HR policies, and maintaining accurate employee records. Additionally, you will assist in process documentation, identify areas for improvement, and contribute to various HR-related projects aimed at enhancing operational efficiency. The HR Operations Specialist will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver seamless HR service and continuously drive improvements in HR systems and processes.
Requirements
You are degree qualified with over 2 years of experience in HR operations or a similar role. You should have a strong understanding of HR processes, data management, and policy compliance, with excellent communication and organizational skills. Proficiency in HRIS systems and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment is essential. Experience with process improvement, documentation, and an analytical mindset is highly valued. You thrive in a dynamic environment and have a passion for operational excellence.
