      Responsibilities
This leadership role will be responsible for managing relationships with multiple unions, negotiating collective agreements, and ensuring compliance with relevant labor laws and regulations. The successful candidate will lead collective bargaining processes, proactively address employee grievances, and provide strategic counsel to senior leadership on industrial relations policies. The role also involves identifying and mitigating labor-related risks and driving initiatives that enhance workforce engagement and operational resilience.

      Requirements

Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential, along with the ability to manage complex industrial relations matters with empathy, strategic insight, and sound judgment. Prior experience working across multiple unions or in highly unionized sectors will be highly advantageous.
