Duration – 12 to 18-Month Contract
Our client, a prominent organisation undergoing enterprise-wide transformation, is seeking an Interim Business Transformation Project Manager to lead cross-functional change initiatives. This position offers the opportunity to shape complex programmes spanning technology, operations, finance, and customer experience.
As the Transformation PM, you will drive project governance, support delivery excellence, and collaborate with senior leadership to ensure initiatives land effectively across the organisation.
Key Responsibilities
– Lead transformation workstreams across technology, operations, and corporate functions
– Establish project plans, governance frameworks, and delivery milestones
– Coordinate internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment
– Prepare updates and reporting for senior management and steering committees
Ideal Profile
– Strong background in project management, transformation, or PMO roles
– Experience delivering change in large, complex organisational environments
– Excellent stakeholder engagement and communication capabilities
– Proven success driving outcomes in fast-paced, multi-stream programmes
