Duration – 12 to 18-Month Contract
Our client, a well-established enterprise strengthening its cybersecurity posture, is seeking an Interim Cybersecurity Specialist to support threat detection, vulnerability management, and incident readiness initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to reinforce the organisation’s cyber resilience during a period of heightened security demand.
As the Cybersecurity Specialist, you will lead vulnerability assessments, enhance detection capabilities, and collaborate with technology teams to drive enterprise-wide security uplift.
Key Responsibilities
– Conduct vulnerability assessments and support remediation planning
– Enhance monitoring, threat detection, and incident response procedures
– Partner with engineering, infrastructure, and application teams to improve security controls
– Support policy, governance, and risk-based decision-making across security domains
Ideal Profile
– Background in cyber defence, threat intelligence, or vulnerability management
– Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, OSCP, GIAC) advantageous
– Experience supporting security uplift in enterprise or regulated environments
– Strong analytical skills and ability to operate in high-urgency settings
