Interim Finance Transformation Lead

Duration – 12 to 18-Month Contract

Our client, a large and forward-looking organisation, is seeking an Interim Finance Transformation Lead to drive process optimisation, systems enhancement, and digital finance initiatives. This role offers the opportunity to shape enterprise-wide finance modernisation during a period of significant organisational change.

As the Finance Transformation Lead, you will partner with Technology, Operations, and Senior Finance stakeholders to streamline workflows, uplift reporting capabilities, and support new platform implementations.

Key Responsibilities

– Lead finance process redesign across reporting, controls, planning, and operations
– Drive system implementation or enhancements (ERP, consolidation, analytics tools)
– Strengthen data accuracy, financial governance, and workflow automation
– Engage senior stakeholders and steering committees with clear updates and recommendations

Ideal Profile

– Background in finance transformation, process optimisation, or finance systems leadership
– Experience delivering ERP or finance platform upgrades (SAP, Oracle, Workday, etc.)
– Strong understanding of financial operations, controls, and reporting requirements
– Proven ability to deliver outcomes in complex change environments
