Interim HR Business Partner (Organisational Change)
Duration – 6 to 12-Month Contract
Our client, an organisation undergoing workforce realignment and operating model shifts, is seeking an Interim HR Business Partner to support business leaders through organisational change. This role offers the opportunity to influence people strategy and guide transformation across multiple business units.
As the HRBP, you will work closely with leadership teams to support restructuring, workforce planning, talent engagement, and change management activities.
Key Responsibilities
– Advise leaders on people strategy, organisational design, and workforce changes
– Support restructuring efforts, capability mapping, and talent deployment
– Drive change management initiatives and communications to impacted teams
– Partner with COEs on performance, rewards, talent and engagement initiatives
Ideal Profile
– Strong HRBP background with experience in organisational change or transformation
– Skilled stakeholder manager with the ability to influence at senior levels
– Strong understanding of workforce planning, talent, and employee relations
– Comfortable operating in dynamic, ambiguous, and fast-moving environments
