Investment Analyst / Senior Analyst

A multi-asset real estate investment firm, with a global footprint spanning across various asset classes, is seeking a motivated analyst to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

You will play a crucial role in managing investment portfolios and optimizing asset performance to maximize returns. Your main responsibilities include analysing market trends, conducting feasibility studies, and evaluating investment opportunities to identify new opportunities in the real estate sector. You will work closely with the investment team and cross-functional teams to execute investment strategies.

Requirements

You are a self-driven and detail-oriented individual with a minimum of 4 years of experience in real estate investments and asset management. A Master’s degree in a related field or a CFA will be an added advantage. Candidates with prior deal execution experience in hotel assets will be preferred. You are familiar with financial modelling, feasibility studies and preparing papers for board approvals. To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone with a keen eye for detail, analytical, communicative and collaborative.
