IP Counsel – Luxury Retail Company
We are partnering with a world renowned luxury retail company to recruit for an IP Counsel. Reporting to the APAC General Counsel, you will work alongside a global IP and brand enforcement team, and serve as the key point of contact out of the Singapore office.
With a track record in IP enforcement, you will be responsible for advising on infringement and brand enforcement programs, providing bespoke solutions in accordance to each country’s IP law landscape and the company’s IP strategy, as well as conducting brand awareness training.
IP Counsels and IP Managers from other companies keen to switch industries are encouraged to apply. This is also an excellent opportunity for an IP lawyer, or IP professionals from consulting firms or government enforcement agencies to move into an in-house role.
