IP Counsel – Tech, 4-7PQE

A leading global technology company is seeking an IP Counsel to oversee the registration, management, and strategic development of its intellectual property portfolio across its consumer and technology platforms. This non-contentious role focuses on securing and maintaining IP rights-primarily trademarks and copyrights-to support the company’s innovation, branding, and global expansion objectives.

Working closely with product, marketing, and legal teams, you will be responsible for trademark portfolio management, global filing strategies, copyright protection, and IP elements of licensing and commercial agreements. You will also provide guidance on content creation, branding initiatives, and publishing, ensuring alignment with the company’s IP policies and risk posture.

This is a proactive advisory role requiring strong expertise in multi-jurisdictional IP registration, clearance, prosecution, and strategic enforcement planning, with a focus on safeguarding and optimizing the company’s IP assets.

Requirements:

Applicants should have a minimum of 4PQE in IP law from a leading law firm, with strong experience in trademark strategy, copyright protection, and licensing agreements. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a strategic and commercially focused mindset, with the ability to navigate complex, cross-border IP issues and effectively support business objectives in a dynamic, fast-paced setting.

A valid work visa in Singapore is required.
