IT Finance Business Partner – Major Financial Institution
Our client is a major financial institution with established presence in the region. It is seeking to recruit a highly capable IT Finance Business Partner to be based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
You will be working closely with the Group Technology functional owners to deliver insight, challenge and control business-as-usual technology spend and projects. You are responsible for the end-to-end financial cycle such as planning & controls, budgeting, forecasting, sourcing, reporting, recharge, financial & analysis, transfer pricing, tax regulations etc. You will focus on investment spend, business case justification, tracking of benefits to ensure targets are met. You will cover both BAU and Projects scope, including the implementation of financial processes, documentation and controls.
Requirements
- Qualified CPA or equivalent, you have 15 years or above track record of adding commercial value to technology or major financial services of relevant scale and complexity
- With excellent communication, stakeholder engagement and leadership skills, you are credible, mature, driven and relationship builder
- You must demonstrate experience in developing and executing financial strategies that drive business growth in the technology space, including in-depth understanding of financial regulations, compliance and reporting standards
- You have a proven record of hands-on change management of financial reporting and control process improvement as well as ability to translate financial data into strategic insights
