What You’ll Get To Do:
-Own the Zendesk ecosystem: You’ll take charge of the day-to-day administration, from CRM configuration and workflow optimization to lead scoring and email automation, ensuring peak performance.
-Integrate and innovate: Bridge the gap between marketing and IT by seamlessly integrating Zendesk with vital platforms like Salesforce, ERPs, ad platforms, and more. You’ll also evaluate and recommend exciting new technologies to keep their MarTech stack cutting-edge.
-Power multi-channel campaigns: Provide the technical backbone for engaging marketing campaigns, setting up landing pages, nurture flows, and tracking pixels that drive results.
-Drive data-driven decisions: Build and maintain essential marketing and revenue dashboards, track critical KPIs, and uncover actionable insights that directly influence growth strategy.
-Shape the future of customer experience: Play a pivotal role in enhancing customer journeys and operational efficiency through strategic technology implementation.

What You’ll Bring to the Table:
-Deep Zendesk expertise: You’ll bring hands-on experience with Zendesk Marketing and Sales Hubs (certifications are a plus!).
-A strong technical foundation: Your background will include 3-5 years in digital marketing, marketing operations, or CRM administration, coupled with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field.
-Integration prowess: You’ll have proven experience integrating Zendesk with platforms like Salesforce and various CMSs, utilizing both native integrations and APIs.
-Analytical horsepower: Your strong analytical and troubleshooting skills will enable you to manage data integrity, build reports, and derive key insights.
-A collaborative spirit: You’re adept at communicating complex technical concepts to diverse stakeholders and thrive in cross-functional project environments.
