IT Resiliency Manager (VP), Leading Financial Services
Kerry Consulting is currently partnering a Leading Financial Services to hire for an IT Resiliency Manager (VP).
You are responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining comprehensive disaster recovery plans to safeguard IT infrastructure and operations against disruptions. Responsibilities include managing the DR strategy, coordinating with teams for incident response integration, designing backup solutions, and leading recovery exercises. This role involves training IT staff, monitoring recovery metrics, and liaising with external partners to ensure effective disaster recovery efforts.
Requirements
- At least 10 years experience in IT Operations; Network, Database, Systems, Servers, and Application administration.
- Proven record in designing, implementing, and mainitaining IT disaster recovery programme.
- Excellent problem solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills with the ability to communicate concepts to technical as well as non-technical audiences.
- Effective written and oral communication skills, including experience developing and delivering briefings to top management.
- Strong organizational, multi-tasking, and project management skills.
