    You are to lead and manage Service Desk and Incident Management functions, ensure operational stability and drive continuous improvement of service quality.


    • Degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
    • Demonstrated experience in IT Service Management specifically in service desk and incident management.
    • Proven leadership capabilities, adept in leading cross-functional teams.
    • An excellent communicator, you come with natural ability to engage with stakeholders at various levels.
    • Experience in leading and implementing organisational change and operating models.
