Our client is a leading industrial company with a strong presence in Singapore. This is a rare and exciting opportunity to join their HR team as an Junior HR Business Partner / Manager on a 6-month contract to cover maternity leave.
Position Overview
You will be responsible for managing key HR functions, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting strategic HR initiatives and projects. This role requires a proactive and adaptable HR professional who can balance operational excellence with strategic HR contributions.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the HR Operations Lead, you will be responsible for overseeing key HR processes, including: recruitment, talent management, compensation & benefits, employee and industrial relations, and project management. Additionally, there is an opportunity to lead the payroll system migration project, ensuring a seamless transition.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with at least 5 years of HRBP or Generalist experience. You are agile, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-moving environment. You possess strong Excel and PowerPoint skills, with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Experience in payroll processes and HR project management is essential.
