Key Account Manager, Modern Off Trade

Our client is a leading FMCG MNC organization, and we are seeking to hire a Key Account Managaer(Modern Off Trade) to drive sales, distribution, and business development.
Main responsibilities of the role include driving the planning of sales and promotional activities with key stakeholders of PRS S&OP (Sales & Operations Planning) and S&M (Sales & Marketing) cycles
Drive P&L objectives achievement (Volume, Net Sales, Gross Margin) with strategic management of commercial enablers. Design and implement Channel Growth strategies and implementation plans in Modern Off-Trade Key Accounts (MOFT) to drive distribution and rotations at scale for all of the brands. Support the Sales Manager in the management and implementation plans for the Wholesalers Channel to drive distribution and rotations
Requirements
You will possess a relevant Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in formal business qualifications. You will have a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in sales and have a proven track record and solid knowledge and experience of FMCG sector. Having direct management of Modern Off-Trade accounts is essential.
Proven track record in business development, key account management, and negotiation. Ability to work with cross-functional teams in a matrix set up.
