You will bring your experience of…
- 15+ years of relevant banking experience with , with 8-15 years on private banking and ideally investment product knowledge.
- Understanding of regulatory changes, particularly in sales and advisory processes.
- Strong knowledge of private banking investment products and the ability to articulate their value to clients.
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, influencing, negotiation, and persuasion skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process design skills, with the ability to translate analysis into actionable solutions.
- A strategic and forward-thinking approach, with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
- Demonstrated leadership skills, with a passion for mentoring and developing team members.
