Our client, a leading global financial institution with growing regional presence, is seeking a part-time Learning and Development Specialist to enhance its employee growth initiatives. Responsibilities
As a Learning and Development Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying training needs across the organization and developing customized learning solutions. You will facilitate training sessions, workshops, and e-learning modules, working closely with HR and business leaders to drive key employee development initiatives. Additionally, you will evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, ensuring continuous improvement, and contribute to employee engagement by supporting career development plans.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you are degree qualified with at least 7 years of learning and development experience gained in major institutions, preferably within financial services. A solid understanding of learning principles and training methodologies is essential, along with strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills. The ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
