Our client is an established energy company seeking a passionate and experienced Senior Learning & Development Specialist to join its human resources division based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the L&D Lead, you will design and implement a range of L&D programs, including leadership development initiatives, policy review and provide facilitation and operational support. Leveraging data analytics, you will assess learning needs, evaluate the effectiveness of training programs, and drive continuous improvement. Additionally, you will facilitate workshops, training sessions, and coaching to support employee growth and engagement. You will also oversee organization-wide employee engagement surveys, analyze results, and develop actionable plans to address key findings.
Requirements
You are degree qualified and have at least 7 years of experience as a Learning & Development Specialist, ideally with HQ experience in MNC. Candidates from public sector are also welcome to apply. You are strong in policy review, have experience with budgeting and supporting audits, and are hands-on, commercially savvy, and possess strong analytical and communication skills.
