Our client is a highly established and successful energy company. It has been posting strong financial performance and there is now a rare opportunity to join the HR team as a L&D Specialist.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Senior L&D manager, you will curate and implement learning and development, talent development, leadership development and employee engagement programmes.
Requirements
We are seeking a degree-qualified Learning & Development (L&D) Specialist with at least 8 years of experience to manage the full spectrum of L&D activities, including learning needs analysis, facilitation, instructional design, and leadership framework development. The ideal candidate is independent, hands-on, meticulous, and thrives in a fast-paced environment. You should be adaptable and have a strong sense of accountability and urgency.
