Legal Counsel (1-Year Contract) – Healthcare Industry

An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Singapore-qualified lawyer to join a regional healthcare company on a one-year contract basis. This role is ideal for a candidate who is available at short notice and holds a valid work visa in Singapore.
As part of the legal team, you will provide legal advice and support across a broad range of business and commercial matters, including reviewing and negotiating contracts, and handling other legal tasks as required.

Requirements:
The ideal candidate will hold a recognised law degree and be admitted to the Singapore Bar, with at least 4 years of post-qualification experience gained either in-house or in private practice. You should possess strong communication skills and demonstrate the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
