Legal Counsel, Corporate Commercial (6-8 years PQE)
About the Company
Our client is a large, established technology and engineering group with diverse business operations. They are seeking an experienced legal counsel to support all corporate commercial matters for one of their business divisions.
Responsibilities
As a legal counsel in the team, you will advise, draft and negotiate a broad range of commercial agreements, including partnership agreements, JV agreements and cross-border contracts relating to the international sale of goods and services. You will also assist in managing external counsels on foreign domestic law matters where required.
Requirements
You should ideally be a Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 6 years of PQE gained either in private practice and/or in-house environment. You should have the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with stakeholders. Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills are essential.
