Legal Counsel – Healthcare
About Our Client:
Our client is a major distributor in the healthcare sector, and they are looking for a Legal Counsel to grow their team here in the Singapore office. This is an excellent opportunity for general corporate lawyers who are looking to step into the pharmaceutical space.
Responsibilities:
As a Legal Counsel, you will provide legal advice and support to the business. You will be actively involved in the reviewing of contractual agreements and helping in M&A where necessary. You will also assist the team in corporate secretarial/board matters.
Requirements:
You are a Singapore qualified lawyer with a background in corporate commercial/M&A and corporate secretarial work. You have strong communications skills and are able to work both independently and in a team.
