Legal Counsel – Hospitality, 12+PQE

A prominent hospitality group is looking to expand its dynamic and cohesive legal team by hiring a senior Corporate Lawyer. This role offers a global remit, providing in-house legal support and expert commercial advice to stakeholders worldwide. You will be responsible for advising on a range of complex matters including commercial property contracts, franchise agreements, mergers and acquisitions, private equity transactions, joint ventures, and various cross-border deals. Prior in-house experience in the hospitality industry and Singapore Bar qualifications are essential.

Requirements:

You are a Singapore qualified lawyer with a minimum of 10PQE, with solid experience both in-house and in private practice. Your background includes significant experience handling cross-border transactions and advising on complex real estate deals and fund structures. Additionally, you should have a proven track record of working on transactions within the hospitality sector or advising clients in this industry.
