Legal Counsel – ICT/Disputes, 5+PQE

A prominent leader in the ICT industry, our client is undergoing significant expansion and is actively seeking a Legal Counsel to join their growing team. In this dynamic and challenging role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with global partners on international transactions, ensuring compliance and mitigating legal risks.

You will play a pivotal role in advising on a broad range of legal matters, including TMT (Technology, Media, and Telecommunications), ICT, data protection, and competition law. This position offers the chance to be at the forefront of the industry, shaping legal strategies that drive business success while navigating the complexities of an ever-evolving legal landscape.

Requirements

This exciting opportunity requires an upper-class law degree from a top university, admission to the Singapore Bar, and knowledge or experience in the ICT/TMT sectors. Litigation lawyers who are currently in private practice will be viewed favourably.
