Legal Counsel – Industrial
About Our Client
Our Client is a European listed multinational in the industrial space, a market leader in their area of specialty. Due to continuing business needs, there is an opportunity for a Legal Counsel based in Singapore or Malaysia to be part of the regional legal team supporting the Asia Pacific business operations.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the APAC Head of Legal, you will play a key role in providing advice to support both the country and regional business operations and growth while minimizing risk to the organization. This includes the drafting and negotiation of a wide range of commercial contracts and advising on compliance and regulatory matters and disputes and integration matters as they arise.
Requirements
You are a qualified lawyer with at least 6 years’ experience gained in a reputable law firm and/or in an inhouse capacity. You are commercial-minded, with a business-centric and practical perspective to advising on legal matters. You are professional, adaptable and able to work independently. A confident individual, you are meticulous, detailed and possess excellent interpersonal skills to partner with a wide range of stakeholders.
