Legal Counsel (Insurance)
About Our Client:
Our client is a key regional player in the insurance sector and they are looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team.
Responsibilities:
As a Legal Counsel, you will provide legal advice across the organisation for all relevant matters and be involved in legal compliance processes. You will be reviewing and drafting a range of commercial contracts, polices and documents, as well as aiding in disputes and claims within the insurance space, and carrying out other ad-hoc tasks needed by the team.
Requirements:
You are a Singapore qualified lawyer with more than 5 years of post-qualification experience. You have a background in insurance or IP/IT, and have good experience with corporate/commercial work. You are able to communicate and collaborate well with others, while being comfortable with working independently too.
