Legal Counsel, Intellectual Property

Our client is a Singapore Headquartered Company with significant business footprint across multiple markets in APAC. We are currently looking to hire a legal counsel with expertise in Intellectual Property to join the legal team.

Responsibilities

You will leverage your intellectual property expertise to provide practical corporate and commercial legal advice across the business and also supporting the business’ technology function. This will include advising on IP considerations arising from commercial agreements, technology and digital initiatives, as well as drafting, reviewing and negotiating technology, collaboration and licensing agreement.

Requirements

You should be a qualified lawyer with at least 7 years PQE ideally gained with a mix of in-house experience and law firm experience. Candidates should have relevant experience advising on intellectual property matters, particularly IP issues arising in technology and commercial arrangements, together with strong drafting and negotiation capabilities for complex, non-standard agreements.
