Legal Counsel (IT)
About Our Client:
Our client is a up-and-coming social networking and technology firm with its international headquarters in Singapore. They are currently looking for a Legal Counsel to join their team and this would be the first international counsel position outside of their global headquarters.
Responsibilities:
As a Legal Counsel, you will be providing legal advice on commercial matters ranging from corporate agreements (partnerships, software licensing, and other related technology agreements) to intellectual property matters. You will get the opportunity to work with various commercial stakeholders as they look to grow their business globally.
Requirements:
You are a Singapore qualified lawyer with at least 5 years of post-qualification experience and a background in IP/IT. You are driven, have strong initiative, and are comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
