Legal Counsel, Oil & Gas

Kerry Consulting is working closely with a regional headquartered Oil & Gas company that is an integrated player in their industry. They are currently looking to hire a legal counsel for the APAC legal team and you will be responsible for providing legal support on trading, shipping as well as general corporate commercial matters.

Key Responsibilities

As a legal counsel for the business, you are responsible for providing legal advice on a broad range of contracts including but not limited to sales & purchase agreement, logistics agreements, vendor agreements and employment related contracts. You will also assist in managing the compliance program for the company by helping to monitoring any regulatory requirements and changes.

Requirements

In order to succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor of Law Degree with minimally 3-5 years of working experience. Candidates with prior experience in the oil & gas industry will have an advantage.
