This is an excellent opportunity for a seasoned inhouse counsel keen to part of an organisation with healthy growth trajectory, but with reduced hours.
You should possess more than 8 years of in-house experience, and be able to independently review and negotiate a variety of corporate and commercial contracts, MSA, supply of goods agreements, procurement contracts, JV contracts, financing documents, construction agreements, and licenses, etc. You are also expected to advise on compliance-related matters, including anti-bribery and corruption laws, sanctions, and export control regulations.
