Legal Counsel

Legal Counsel – Marine & Offshore, 3-8PQE

A leading company in the marine and offshore industry is hiring a Legal Counsel to provide legal support and strategic advice on projects, business activities, and corporate, commercial, and litigation matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Advise on corporate legal matters, regulatory compliance, and financing agreements.
• Draft and review contracts (MOUs, JV agreements, EPC contracts, shipbuilding agreements, etc.).
• Support contract negotiations and commercial transactions.
• Manage litigation, liaise with external counsel, and assess legal risks.

Requirements:

You will be Singapore-qualified and possess a minimum of 3PQE gained in private practice or in-house. Prior experience advising on engineering and construction law, shipping, or intellectual property law would be advantageous. Strong communication skills and commercial awareness are essential for this role.
