Manager, Design Management

Renowned as a market leader, this prominent real estate player is seeking a design management professional with a flair for design to join its design team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

Reporting to the Head of Department, you will be instrumental in shaping the space planning and design vision for the existing portfolio. Key responsibilities include developing space plans, conceptualizing design ideas, creating mood boards, and collaborating with various project stakeholders to align with functional and operational requirements.

Requirements

You have at least 5 years of experience in a relevant field and hold a Degree in Interior Design or Architecture. Experience with large-scale, complex, or integrated projects is advantageous. Due to the need to interact with local stakeholders, candidates who can speak Bahasa Indonesia will have an advantage. This role also welcomes candidates with an architectural background who have explored related fields and are eager to return to an in-house design-focused position. Success in this role requires strong creativity, attention to detail, artistic flair, and excellent communication skills.
