Manager, Forensic Auditor

Key Responsibilities
You will establish and enforce a zero-tolerance policy for fraud within the firm and its entities, evaluating whistle-blowing reports and assessing their investigative-worthiness. You are responsible for enhancing the fraud risk management framework through ad-hoc advisories and developing best practices for investigations. This includes managing relations with Management and Audit Committees and liaising with external regulatory agencies as needed. Additionally, you will mentor and coach staff to foster growth in fraud prevention.
Key Requirements
The ideal candidate will hold a degree in Accountancy, ACCA, Business, or a related field, with a mandatory Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE) certification. They should possess strong forensic investigation skills, with excellent report-writing and presentation abilities, and a keen eye for detail. Proficiency in interviewing, knowledge of investigation protocols, and an understanding of Singapore’s related laws, such as the Prevention of Corruption Act, are essential. Effective communication and interpersonal skills, along with a positive and dynamic attitude, are key. You should be a team player, able to think critically, work under pressure, and function with minimal supervision.
