Manager / Senior Manager, Quantity Surveyor

A leading organization driving innovation and excellence in public healthcare infrastructure and services is seeking a cost management professional to join their team in Singapore.

Responsibilities

You will report to the Head of Department and provide expertise in cost, contracts and procurement related services to support the successful delivery of healthcare projects. Main responsibilities include cost reviews, benchmarking studies, cash flow monitoring and cost reporting, and advisory services for procurement and contract related matters.

Requirements

You are a motivated individual with a minimum of 5 years of experience in with a strong background in quantity surveying or cost and contract management, particularly in large-scale projects. Familiarity with government procurement regulations (eg SOP Act, PSSCOC etc) will be advantageous. Prior experience in the healthcare sector is strongly recommended. To succeed in this role, you will be described as someone with an analytical mindset with a keen eye for financial and budgetary planning.
