Manager, Technology Resilience – Global Financial Institution

Kerry Consulting is currently hiring for a Manager, Technology Resilience for a Global Financial Institution.

You will lead the planning and execution of IT resilience strategies to ensure continuity of critical services. This role oversees continuity plans, testing, and alignment with BCM, regulatory requirements, and best practices. It involves cross-functional collaboration to meet RTO/RPO targets and enhance recovery capabilities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
• At least 5 years in IT Service Recovery and IT Continuity in financial services industry.
• In-depth knowledge of hybrid IT infrastructures, backup and recovery solutions.
• Detail-driven and documentation-focused, with a strong sense of personal responsibilities.
• Excellent skills in communication and managing stakeholder relationships.
