Marine Operator – Leading Energy Trading Company
Company Description:
This is an LNG-focused energy trading company operating globally. In line with its business growth, there is now an opportunity for an LNG Marine Operator to join the team.
Main Responsibilities:
Reporting to the Team Manager, the Marine Operator will be responsible for day-to-day STS and TTS LNG bunkering operations. Invoicing, scheduling, inspection, and claims are key areas of work. Activities will be done in close tandem with the commercial team, providing effective operations support.
The Marine Operator will also be responsible for overseeing inventory optimisation, understand and proactively manage demurrage risks and generate forecast/ schedule reports for the wider operations department.
Requirements:
The successful candidate should ideally be a bachelor’s degree holder or equivalent with 2-5 years of relevant bunker operations experience. You will also be described as detail-oriented, resourceful, and methodical.
