Member of Technical Staff (Power Semiconductors)
Responsibilities
In this role, your primary responsibility will involve leading interactions with customers and understanding market/future trends to identify innovations in analog and power technologies for the development of future technology roadmaps. You will also guide the team on process issues, defining the FOMs and critical parameters for analog devices and establishing the architecture for high-voltage power technology devices.
You will also collaborate with product management and marketing teams to translate product specifications into device or process attributes and performance parameters. Additionally, the role includes providing guidance on the development of analog and power solutions and defining the technology enablement requirements.
Requirements
The ideal candidate should have at least 15 years of experience in analog and power device design and characterization (LDMOS, EDMOS, and high-voltage bipolar devices). You also hold a MS or PhD in Electrical Engineering or a related field and possess a strong understanding of device physics fundamentals, along with design expertise/technology development in analog and power circuitry. You should also have strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders, and fab experience will be highly desirable.
