Order-to-Cash (OTC) Officer – Ingredients Supplier
Description
Our client is a global MNC supplying ingredients to pharmaceutical and nutraceutical companies and hiring for an Order-to-Cash (OTC) Officer, based in Singapore.
Responsibilities
Reporting to the Regional OTC Manager, you play a key role in managing the entire OTC process to ensure smooth transactions, customer satisfaction, and adherence to organizational standards, from contract follow-up to payment collection. This include requesting purchase orders, processing orders, booking of transportation, managing freight forwarders and issuing invoices. It also entails assessing forecast, verifying customer credibility, managing order pipelines, and getting the necessary documents based on INCO and payment terms, such as letter of credit, import permit, etc.
Requirements
Ideally, you have a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar B2B environment, preferably from the pharmaceutical, food ingredients or flavour industries. Experiences in international freight forwarding (import/export) and letter of credits are essential. To be successful in this role, you are a collaborative team player with good communication skills.
