Our client is an established and listed company in the financial services, seeking a Payroll and Operations Specialist & HRBP to join their team in Singapore.
Position Overview
As the Payroll and Operations Specialist & HRBP, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end payroll and benefits administration, ensuring the accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll and staff benefits. You will also work in partnership with stakeholders to deliver professional HR advisory services, provide seamless HR support including recruitment as required, and drive the implementation of HR practices and initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Reporting to the HR Director, you will manage end-to-end payroll and benefits administration. As an HRBP, you will partner with the business to review job scopes, shortlist candidates, conduct interviews, and work with recruiters. You will also be responsible for coordinating and managing the timely submission of all mandatory surveys from MOM, MAS, CPF, and IMDA and other compliance and administrative matters as required.
Requirements
You are degree-qualified with 3-5 years of experience in payroll and benefits administration and some experience in recruitment. You must have a background in financial services and possess excellent Excel skills. You are numerate, industrious, able to work under pressure, and have excellent written and communication skills.
