    Our client is a highly established and fast-growing investment management group with an international portfolio of multi-asset investments. To support its continued growth, the Human Resources team is expanding with the appointment of a Payroll & Benefits Specialist.

     

    Responsibilities:

    As a key member of the HR team, you will ensure timely and accurate payroll execution by working with regional Payroll providers and the Finance team. Responsibilities include managing payroll changes such as new hires, terminations, bonuses, and raises, and conducting thorough audits of payroll processes and records. You will address payroll discrepancies, perform diagnostic assessments, and implement corrective measures. The role also involves coordinating external audits, preparing statutory paperwork, managing insurance provider relationships, and overseeing HR-related invoice payments.

     

    Requirements:

    You are degreed qualified with over 5 years of payroll experience and good knowledge of payroll and tax regulations in Singapore and other countries in Asia Pacific. You have strong analytical skills, excellent attention to detail, and an appreciation for technology and process improvement. Strong communication skills and a collaborative, proactive mindset are also crucial for excelling in this role.
