Performance Management Director, Hospitality

An employer of choice, this emerging hospitality player is renowned for their product portfolio and guest experience. As the business strives to keep pace with best practices, they are looking for a high calibre Performance Director leader to join their team in Singapore.
Responsibilities
In this newly created role, you will work closely with the leadership team to define and implement business strategies that drive profitability and market share. You will drive business performance management by leveraging data-driven insights to optimize revenue, streamline processes and enhance guest satisfaction. Here, you will develop and monitor key performance indicators across departments to ensure accountability and continuous improvement. You will analyze financial and operational data to identify trends, risks and opportunities for growth. In addition, you will coordinate initiatives between operations, finance, and marketing to deliver integrated performance outcomes.
Requirements
Ideally, you are a seasoned Performance Management leader with prior experience in hospitality, F&B and/or retail. You have a strong foundation in revenue management, as well as a track record in developing best practices, including performance tracking dashboards and metrics. Candidates with a background in Commercial Finance/ Revenue Management/ Chief of Staff are welcome to express your interest. To succeed in this role, you will be described as entrepreneurial, collaborative and agile.
