Performance & Rewards Lead
This premier and fast-growing technology company is committed to its long-term growth strategy. It is now recruiting a dynamic and resilient Performance & Rewards Lead.
Reporting to CHRO, you will define performance management and rewards strategies and philosophies to attract and retain talent. You will design performance management and rewards policies and programs in line with business goals. You will drive performance review cycles, define key performance indicators, implement compensation and benefits policies. You will establish and maintain key stakeholders’ relationships to ensure their engagement and sponsorship of the performance and rewards programs.
Degree qualified, you will have a proven track record working as a senior reward leader. You must be adaptable, resilient, flexible, agile, strategic and also hands-on. You are able to design and implement and drive a task end-to-end. Technology and start up experience are highly advantageous but not a must. With strong interpersonal and management skills, you will have the ability to influence and communicate at all levels within the organization, and proven experience in implementing change.
